9.30am – Arrival (Coffee & Tea)

10.00 am - Introduction and updates from NAHF- Christine Davies & Megan Boyle

10.15 am - Presentation from Platinum Partner – Jane Montague, Majestic - Commercial Participators and the Fundraising Regulator

10.45 am – GDPR! Claire Ellis-Waghorn, Deputy Director of Fundraising, Demelza Hospice Care for Children Claire will be joining us to share her experiences with GDPR and what Demelza have been up to, and is also happy for everyone to ask her questions for some practical advice. Claire will also be staying with us during our networking lunch, if you would like to talk to her during this time.

12.15pm– Networking lunch - bring your newsletters and leaflets to share!

1.00pm – Presentation from Platinum Partner –Donorflex

1.30pm – Fundraising Strategy - Sally Brighton, Director of income Generation, Martlets Hospice. Sally will share some tips on fundraising planning and strategy, using some trusted models such as Ansoff, Boston, Swot, Pest and the concept of a balanced score card.

3.30pm - Finish

Attendance is free for NAHF Members.
